The community had to wait a long time for a first-class, street-legal coilover suspension for the 126, but that is now over. The KW suspension engineers have developed the KW V3 Inox suspension for the W126 sedan. The result is a sporty yet harmonious basic set-up.
You have the possibility to regulate the rebound and compression damping in 16 or 12 steps without any tools with the precise adjustment wheels and thus perfectly adjust the behavior of the dampers to your vehicle. In this way, for example, you achieve greater directional stability, more stability and can reduce rolling and rolling movements.
You can also change the lowering steplessly. Unless your vehicle has already been lowered from factory, you have an adjustment range of around 40-65mm on the front and 35-60mm on the rear axle.
High quality
The KW inox coilover struts are made of high quality stainless steel and therefore have an unlimited service life. Even the wear parts of the chassis can be overhauled, so that your investment in a KW V3 pays off.
Registration?
To make the registration easier for you, there is a TĂV parts certificate, which we can send you before you buy. With this you can have your chassis registered according to §19.3.
Note
Some parts are required for installation, especially for vehicles without factory level control, which KW does not supply. We include these parts so that you have all the necessary components to install your suspension at hand.
The running gear is not suitable for converting vehicles with HPF hydropneumatic running gear and SEL models with a long wheelbase.
