Delivery times & stock status
We, too, are increasingly struggling with delays in our global supply chains and want to make it as transparent as possible for you which delivery times you have to expect when placing an order.
For each product we give you an approximate delivery time. For example about 3-4 business days or about 10 business days.
You can easily find information on delivery times and any backorders on every product page, in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation.
Low inventory
The product is in stock in the specified quantity, but the stock is running low. It pays to be quick to secure the item.
Available on back order
The item is on backorder. We try to replenish stocks as quickly as possible and the goods are often already in production or on their way to our warehouse. However, the specified delivery time may be exceeded.
With an order you secure your place in the queue and receive your product as soon as possible.
Not in stock
If the delivery time is several months or we cannot yet estimate it ourselves, we offer you the opportunity to put yourself on our waiting list so that you will be informed by email when the product is available again.
Shipping
If one or more products from your order are on backorder or if the delivery time of some items is longer, we usually ship your entire order as soon as all items are available. In individual cases, however, we also send partial deliveries for logistical reasons.

The shipping times relate to a delivery to Germany and can vary greatly for deliveries abroad.
Shipping to UK & Norway
For shipping to the United Kingdom as well as Norway we cooperate with forwarding service forward2me.
Here’s how it works:
- You create an account at forward2me to get your personal german address.
- You place your order at rpmdepot with your German forward2me address and benefit from low shipping costs within Germany.
- forward2me will receive your package and you will get a notification. Now you can choose the best delivery method to the UK and conveniently pay via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
- Your package will be shipped and usually arrives within 1-4 business days.

Notes
The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. To do this, you first have to enter a location.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
For some product groups, we estimate a flat shipping fee. The shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping costs depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot get higher, only lower in your favor.
