Who Is rpmdepot PRO For?
rpmdepot PRO is designed for trade professionals who regularly order Mercedes parts for customer vehicles or resale. Only ordering occasionally for your personal road car or race car? Then our free PLUS programme is a better fit.
What do I need to register?
A trade license or commercial register extract and your VAT ID. Go to registration ↓
How is my tier calculated?
Your order volume in the shop over the last 12 months (rolling window, net excluding shipping) determines your tier. If your revenue falls below the threshold, you keep your current tier for 6 months (one-time). Manually placed orders cannot be included in the calculation.
Does the discount apply to sale items?
No. For products with a sale price, the promotional price applies. The trade discount applies to the regular price only.
How does dropshipping work?
From the Active tier onward, we ship directly to your end customer on request. Simply provide us with the delivery address when placing your order.
What payment methods are available?
Business customers pay via SEPA bank transfer (prepayment). We support instant transfers for the fastest possible processing. For international customers, we recommend Wise.
Is there a return policy?
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. From the Premium tier onward, we offer individual return arrangements. Items sourced or manufactured to order are generally excluded.
Can I also order parts for my own vehicle?
Of course. The trade account is intended for commercial use and resale of Mercedes parts. Ordering for your own vehicles is not a problem. We operate on a fair-play basis and are happy to support personal projects as part of our partnership when revenue levels allow it. We reserve the right to downgrade accounts that are used exclusively for private purposes.
What Is the Difference Between rpmdepot PRO and PLUS?
PLUS is our bonus programme for private customers. You collect points with every order and redeem them as credit. rpmdepot PRO is the trade account: instead of collecting points, your discount applies immediately to every order, tiered by your net revenue over the last twelve months. On top of that come invoices by email, compatibility checks by chassis number, custom parts packages and sourcing. In short: PLUS collects, PRO settles up straight away.
Can I Use PLUS Benefits With rpmdepot PRO?
No, the two programmes are mutually exclusive. Your trade account runs on PRO terms: the discount sits directly in the price, tiered by your net revenue over the last twelve months.
