The swaybar kit for W124 V8 models allows your 500E, 400E or E420 to turn more precisely, reduces body movement when cornering at speed and helps you to get full traction on the road.
H&R anti-roll bars are made from high-strength spring steel. We supply you with suitable rubber bushings for easy installation of the swaybars. The rubber mounts are matched to the larger diameter of the swaybars with 30mm on the front axle and 20mm on the rear axle, reduce friction and are therefore maintenance-free and noiseless.
To further modernize your suspension, we recommend the KW V3 suspension especially for the 500E, as well as black poly bushings for the front and rear axle and the differential bushing. An overhaul of the steering box and a reinforced gearbox mount are also simple steps to improve handling.
Compatibility
The anti-roll bar set was designed for the W124 500E, but can also be fitted to other V8 models. The parts act as an upgrade for the original front axle swaybar A1243237265, HWA1243230165 and the rear axle swaybar A1243262565. Both parts are also available separately. The front axle swaybar can also be used in other models of the 124 series. Minor reworking is required for installation with standard level control.
Registration
The anti-roll are supplied by H&R without road certification. Registration is possible via individual approval. Talk to your engineer before purchasing.
