The high-quality carbon parts are up to 20% lighter than a comparable fiberglass component, very stiff and temperature-stable. This is achieved by the complex manufacturing process in which carbon fiber mats are vacuum-pressed with epoxy high-load resin and tempered in appropriate temperature cycles. This results in an ideal mix of weight and stability.
Registration?
These parts are Made in Germany 🇩🇪 and according to the test report of TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH, the tested materials used for production are suitable for use in motor vehicle parts, as they meet the requirements for fracturing and splintering behavior. the wheel arches can be registered with this certicifate.
