For carburetor conversions or if you need a vacuum connection for a brake booster, we recommend the M102 16V DCOE intake manifold with vacuum connection or the complete kit with Weber carburetors and sports air filters.
Notes
For best results when used on the 190E 2.3-16 cylinder head, we recommend widening the intake ports in the cylinder head to the size of the 2.5-16 head.
Use a new intake seal A1021412280 when installing the manifold.
When used together with the original oil filter housing, pay attention to the dimensions of the throttle bodies. With some rework, 90mm Jenvey throttle bodies and the original housing can be used together. For more flexibility, the position of the oil filter can be changed together with the oil cooler to create space for the intake at the same time.
