Silicone Instead of Rubber
These silicone hoses are the replacement for breather line A1020900232 on your Mercedes 190E 2.3-16 or 2.5-16. Mercedes sells this line as a complete assembly made up of three sections. You get the two silicone hoses as shown, molded to the original shape so they fit the original connections without modification. You reuse the metal pipe inside the hose and the connector from your old line.
A long-lasting silicone alternative to the rubber hose. Even new original hoses from old stock are often already hard and brittle before they ever go on the engine. Silicone does not harden that way and copes much better with engine bay heat.
Good to know: Mercedes now supplies this part on request only (as of September 2026). You get the silicone version from us without a special request.

Note
Fits late 2.3-16 engines from engine number 983 10/50,20/60 008315 and 983 12/52,22/62 000001 and every 2.5-16 including the Evo and Evo II. If you are not sure whether you have an early or a late 2.3-16, check the engine number on the engine block.
