Silicone Hose Valve Cover Idle Air Distributor M102 16V Mercedes W201 190E 2.3-16 A1020949482

Silicone Instead of Rubber

This silicone hose is the replacement for hose A1020949482 on your Mercedes 190E 2.3-16. It sits between the valve cover and the idle air distributor and is molded to the original shape, so it fits the original connections without modification.

A long-lasting silicone alternative to the rubber hose. Even new original hoses from old stock are often already hard and brittle before they ever go on the engine. Silicone does not harden that way and copes much better with engine bay heat.

Good to know: Mercedes now supplies this part on request only (as of September 2026). You get the silicone version from us without a special request.
