Ready to race?
The motorsport system marks the culmination of the Bastuck exhaust system line for Mercedes 190E. It is designed for use on the race track. In addition to the stainless steel rear silencer, only a 200 cell catalytic converter is installed. The center muffler is omitted. You get a free flowing and great sounding exhaust system. Perfect for your race car!
Better than original
All Bastuck exhaust systems are made of high quality V2A stainless steel and guarantee a rust-free life, a great look and unique sound. With its great fitment, a problem-free attachment to the original points is possible. For the motorsport system, a small cutout of the rear bumper is necessary.
Assembly Instructions
We recommend that the assembly be carried out in a specialist workshop using new exhaust rubbers and exhaust sealing compound at the connections. To prevent the system from turning, the joints should ideally be secured by a small spot weld.

The complete system consists of the following components:
- Catalytic converter, middle silencer replacement pipe
- Rear silencer racing version
- Clamps
Bolts and nuts are not included.
Vehicle usage
The system is designed for 16 valve models, but with a different Bastuck downpipe can also be used on other models of the W201 series.
